My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small but comfortable, and thanks to William, the very helpful staff, I was able to find my way there easily after getting turned around. However, the room rates turned out to be $20 more per night than my booking, and I had to settle for a different room due to a reservation mix-up, costing me an extra $40 and not getting the room I initially wanted.
